Stonelux TRADE Discount & Membership

TRADE DISCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Trade Discount is offered at the sole discretion of Stonelux Limited. Stonelux Limited reserves the right to grant, modify, or revoke a Trade Discount at any time without prior notice.
2. The Trade Discount is available only to approved businesses and professionals who meet the following eligibility criteria and can provide satisfactory proof of trading:
   1. The business operates within the building, decorating, repair/restoration, or interior design sectors and has placed at least one Qualifying Order within the preceding six months; or
   2. The business does not operate in the sectors specified in Clause 2(a) but has established an order history of three Qualifying Orders within the preceding six months.
3. A Qualifying Order exceeds £15 net of VAT and does not consist solely of colour charts and/or colour samples.
4. The Trade Discount only applies to orders placed after trade account approval. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
5. The Trade Discount is applied automatically at checkout when an approved trade account holder is signed into their account. For orders placed by telephone or email, the customer must provide their registered trade account details at the time of ordering for the discount to be applied.
6. The Trade Discount level granted shall be determined solely by Stonelux Limited, based on the customer’s average monthly net order value and the Trade Discount Structure in place at the time. Stonelux Limited reserves the right to adjust, reduce, or revoke any Trade Discount at its absolute discretion.
7. The Trade Discount may be discontinued if no orders are placed by the account holder within a period of six consecutive months. Stonelux Limited shall have no obligation to reinstate a Trade Discount once it has been discontinued.
8. The Trade Discount is non-transferable, non-resalable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. The Trade Discount may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless expressly stated by Stonelux Limited.
9. The Trade Discount will only apply to orders placed by the primary email address registered in the trade account application. Additional email addresses may be added to a Trade Discount account upon written request to accounts@stonelux.co.uk, subject to the approval of Stonelux Limited.
10. Stonelux Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, including the structure and level of discounts, at any time without notice.
11. All orders placed using the Trade Discount shall be subject to Stonelux Limited’s standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are available upon request.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. By applying for and utilising the Trade Discount, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
